Community Yard Sale
Saturday, October 7th, 2017, 8am to 1pm
Our fall yard sale will be held on Saturday, October 7th from 8am-1:00. These hours are the ones being advertised- feel free to hold your sale outside these hours.
Advertisements will be published through the Herald Mail, Washington County Yard Sale Site on FB, and Craiglist. We also have a sign that we have used n the past to post in the front of our neighborhood.
Annual HOA Meeting and Board Member Election
Monday, October 16th, 2017, 6:30pm to 8pm at Sleep Inn Suites (Sharpsburg Pike)
Join us at our annual HOA meeting where we elect new board members. If you cannot attend, PLEASE submit your proxy vote for board members. We must have 10% participation for the vote to officially register; in the past we've had issues reaching this number.
